Ashwagandha is native to India and grows as an annual in our climate. The highly fragrant root is medicinal and harvested after the frost in the fall of its first year. Ashwagandha is a medicinal herb known for its anti-inflammatory and stress-relieving properties. Studies have shown that it can boost immunity, increase energy levels, and improve overall well-being. With regular use, it can help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
