Anise hyssop is a perennial herb known for its distinct licorice-like aroma and flavor. Vigorous spikes of purple blooms attract an abundance of bees and pollinators. With its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, it can be used medicinally to support respiratory and digestive health.
