Anise hyssop is a perennial herb known for its distinct licorice-like aroma and flavor. Vigorous spikes of purple blooms attract an abundance of bees and pollinators. With its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, it can be used medicinally to support respiratory and digestive health. Use the edible leaves and flowers in teas, syrups, salads, and as a garnish to add a unique and beneficial element to your dishes.
