Lemon balm is delightful to have in the garden. The fragrance of fresh lemon balm is unbeatable for making teas, tinctures, elixirs and more. Lemon balm will spread to fill out a little area but is not hard to contain if you have limited space. Harvest the leaf as its coming into flower, or at anytime during the season. .
